To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all visitors, BE VIP Arena has established the following guest policies. All guests entering the premises are required to adhere to these rules.

- All guests must comply with entry procedures and security checks.
- Government-issued identification may be required at the point of entry.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Guests visiting for tours, supervision, or meetings must follow staff instructions.
- Unauthorized access to restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
- Safety & Security
- Security personnel have the right to inspect bags, equipment, and personal items.
- Weapons, dangerous objects, or illegal substances are not allowed on the premises.
- Guests must follow emergency procedures and evacuation instructions when issued.
- Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to arena staff.
- Physical altercations, abusive behavior, or harassment will result in removal from the premises.
- Conduct & Behavior
- Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, participants, and other visitors.
- Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or disruptions during tours or events are not permitted.
- Vandalism, graffiti, or damage to property will result in financial liability and possible legal action.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
- Alcohol consumption is only permitted in approved zones and during certain events.
- Photography & Recording
- Photography is allowed unless otherwise restricted for specific events or areas.
- Flash photography may be limited for safety or performance reasons.
- Professional cameras, drones, and recording equipment require prior approval.
- Guests must respect privacy rules and refrain from filming staff areas or private events.
- Food & Drinks
- Outside food and beverages may be restricted depending on event type.
- Only sealed water bottles are allowed unless stated otherwise.
- Food purchased inside the arena must be consumed in designated areas.
- Equipment & Personal Items
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- BE VIP Arena is not liable for lost, stolen, or unattended items.
- Large bags, tripods, or bulky equipment may require storage in secure areas.
- Event Access & Ticketing
- Guests must present valid tickets or passes for event entry.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by management.
- Re-entry may be restricted depending on the event.
- Tours & Premises Viewing
For guests visiting to view or inspect the premises:
- Visits must be scheduled in advance unless open viewing is available.
- Guests must be accompanied by a BE VIP Arena staff member.
- No equipment handling is permitted without authorization.
- Photography restrictions must be respected.
- Liability & Compliance
- Guests entering the arena do so at their own risk.
- Failure to follow arena policies may result in removal from the premises.
- Damage caused by guests will be billed to the individual or their organization.
- By entering the premises, guests agree to comply with all arena rules and staff instructions.
- Prohibited Items
The following are not permitted inside the arena:
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances
- Fireworks or explosives
- Laser pointers
- Drones without written approval
- Glass bottles
- Items that may jeopardize the safety of others
- Lost & Found
- Lost items should be reported to the reception desk.
- Unclaimed items will be held for up to 30 days.
- Valuable items will be transferred to secure storage.
